Newsletter-July 2017

Kia Ora Members and Friends,

Wow here we are halfway through the year already. Matariki is upon us and before we know it the year will be over!

70th Birthday celebrations-

What a great night this was! Gail and her team organised a brilliant get together and we loved seeing all the old pictures and footage from past productions. It was lovely seeing reunions between old friends and listening to a yarn or two! Thank you so much.

Auditions were held on Sunday 25th June. We will be holding further auditions on Thursday 6th July as we need to cast more males into lead roles. If this sounds like you or you know a man who can hold a tune please send them along or come along to the theatre at 7.30 that evening. Below are the male parts and the audition songs

  • Frederick Trumper "Pity the child”

  • Anatoly Sergievsky "Anthem”

  • Alexander Molokov "Florence & Molokov”

  • Walter De Courcey "florence & Molokov

  • The Arbiter  "The Arbiter”
